RCM Enterprises is owned and operated by Ron C. Mears. Ron is a software developer with over 25 years experience. He has authored mission critical systems for dozens of companies in almost every field of business endeavor. Until January, 2007, he was the IT Director for the Elephant Butte Irrigation District (EBID) in Las Cruces, NM, at which time he founded RCM Enterprises, LLC, a Sub-S Corporation organized in the State of New Mexico. He is the architect and creator of the EBID Water Resource Information System.
