If your organization requires the presentation of technical information, please see our recent work for the Elephant Butte Irrigation District (EBID) in Las Cruces. Their official website is at http://www.ebid-nm.org. All three major divisions of this site --- General Information, Farmer Services, and the Water Resource Information System (WRIS) were developed by Ron Mears of RCM Enterprises, LLC, either as a consultant or previously during his tenure as the EBID IT Director.

The EBID WRIS is designed to provide public access to data gathered by the District's many Radio Telemetry Units (RTUs) which monitor river stations, diversions, farm turnouts, checks, and irrigation and monitoring wells. The website also includes a security module which restricts privately owned RTU sites from public view.

The WRIS portion of the website offering the following features, just to name a few:

• Login and passwords for authorized parties who can then save data queries to be rerun upon demand, ability to save satellite maps for view upon demand, and the ability to create RTU groups
• Latest polls from all active, non-restricted RTU sites
• Ability to download data in .csv format, using either period (for example, last 7 days) or date range queries
• Ability to graph data using period or date range queries
• A GIS module depicting the Districts water system, boundaries, parcels, and RTU sites
• Both Google and Microsoft Virtual Earth maps of each RTU site
